Very competitive quote. No pressure to sign contract by a certain date. Glaziers arrived on time on the nominated day. Floor coverings put down, old patio window and door removed and replaced with new. All joints properly sealed and made weatherproof. All debris cleared away and floors swept and vacuumed. Very professional, pleasant, unobtrusive and efficient workmen who got on with the job. Could not ask for a better service. We recently had replacement windows fitted by Newlite Home Improvements.Our house previously had single glazed metal Crittal style windows and French doors which were installed when the house was built in 1928, and they were integral to the look of the house.Therefore we were very nervous to replace them, but needed something with a better seal and thermal insulation.Despite the number of window units required meaning that the work would be a substantial job for a domestic dwelling, Alan was the only window company representative who was willing to come out and see the house and advise on options before giving a quote.He understood our needs in terms of finding modern units that would be in keeping with the aesthetic of the house.The installation was very efficient and disruption of our daily lives was minimised. The house was left in a sealed secured state before the end of work every day. The installation team were very pleasant and friendly, and willing to take time to answer any queries. They ensured that a few assembly errors by the window manufacturers were rectified promptly and addressed all the little snags even after the work had been fully paid for.We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and doors and the wooden frames into which they were installed (which we had foolishly had painted just prior to deciding to change the windows!).We would highly recommend Alan and the team.

Absolutely thrilled! I had a bay window, kitchen window and new back door. All look so lovely and so much better than the past-it ones that were replaced. Alan recommended a different style for the kitchen which lets so much more light into the room. They came, they installed, they cleaned up and were charming and courteous throughout.
