A Bexhill-on-Sea property with a new PVCu lean-to conservatory, supplied and installed by Newlite. The homeowner contacted us wishing to create more space in their home. The project brief was specific given the customer’s budget and limited outside space.
Our installation comprised the construction of an insulated concrete slab, following which we constructed the lean-to from our quality door and window sections. The roof where it joins the main house was pitched into the existing fascia board.
- New Liniar PVCu conservatory.
- Dual colour profiles with Rosewood colour outside and white inside.
- Conservatory glazed with toughened safety glass, with soft-coat low-emissivity coating, warm edge spacer bars and argon gas fill.
- Doors and windows with multi-point security locks.
